Our Fees for conducting Estate Sales are between 33-35%, 40% out of town due to travel time.

Once you have removed the items your keeping/personal items we will come in Organize, Setup, Price (We have been in the business for a long time and know what market value is on most items) We also do a lot of Research (If appraiser is needed, we can have them come in before the sale)

We normally have a 2-3 day sale depending on the size of your Sale.

We offer a Full service turnaround, upon request after we have had the sale we can have the house cleared out (Clean out Crew/Donation pickup) and cleaned (Extra charges may apply).  Contact us today!

After the sale is complete your funds will be available within 7 business day. We will provide an inventory list of items that sell for over 100.00.
